Class Information
Policies and Safety Rules
REGISTRATION
All students must maintain up-to-date registration information and sign a yearly waiver. You can fill out the waiver here.
PAYMENT
You can pay via credit card or paypal through the online registration system. You can also pay via e-Transfer or via cash at the first class. If you would like to pay via e-Transfer select "Pay in Person" during registration, then send an e-Transfer to Winnipegaerial@gmail.com - remember to include your name and which class you registered for so we can credit the right account.

CLASS POLICIES​
Please come on time to class or up to 10 minutes early.

​Owing to the nature of aerial and circus arts, our teachers have full discretion to ask students to observe or excuse students from classes whose behavior they deem disruptive or whom they deem unsafe to participate for any reason. If the problem persists, the student will not be allowed to continue taking classes .​

Filming of classes is up to the teacher of your class. If do take videos please make sure the video is only of you and there are not other people in the background for privacy reasons.

CLASS ATTIRE
Workout clothing that is stretchy but not baggy, and fully covers your knees, armpits and waist is recommended.
No zippers.
You will be going upside down and jumping/running around to warm up. We suggest wearing stretchy workout wear and a supportive sports bra (if that's right for you).
All jewelry must be removed before you begin for your protection and the protection of the silks. Any body piercings that come into contact with the equipment must be taped.
Socks can be worn during the warm-up, but they will need to be removed in order to work on the equipment.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
​If a minimum number of students do not sign up, a class will have to be cancelled and you will receive a full refund for the remaining classes. The schedule and teachers are subject to change. We try to notify participants as early as possible.

If a teacher needs to cancel a class, the teacher will schedule a make-up class at a mutually agreeable time or you will be given a refund for that class.

CLASS REFUNDS
​​Due to the small size of the classes there are no refunds due to cancellations unless we can fill your spot. If there is a medical issue that requires you to withdraw contact us right away.

WAITLIST
If the class you want to join is full, you will be prompted to add yourself to the waitlist, however you can only do this online if you download the app. You can also email us at Winnipegaerial@gmail.com and ask to be put on the waitlist - be sure to include your name and what class you want to be waitlisted for. If a spot opens up, we will email you.
