Service Description

This class is for advanced aerial silk students. Students should be comfortable climbing, being in the air for several minutes, be able to invert in the air and be comfortable with several different types of drops. This class will focus on a variety of drops and a wide variety of skills and poses and linking sequences together, as well as plenty of conditioning to make it all easier in the long run! As an advanced class the direction of the class will be partly based on the goals of the students. Prerequisites: This class is by invitation.
