Service Description

This class is focused on connecting footlock poses, being able to climb to the top of the silks, and working on simple inversions and hipkeys. You will be introduced to levels of conditioning and stretching to prepare the students for more challenging skills. Emphasis is on the maintenance and improvement of strength, ensuring that participants keep pace with the evolving skill levels. Using the foundation we created over the last sessions the focus will be on learning to feel confident in skills outside of a knot. ​ Prerequisites: You have taken at least 1 session of an aerial silks class and can do 5 basic positions in an aerial knot, footlocks on both sides, and can invert in an aerial knot.
