Service Description

This class is perfect for young aerialists who have completed a beginner course and are eager to progress​. Students will concentrate on mastering the fundamental “footlock” poses, climbing the silks, and advanced sequences with the aerial knot. Students will also be introduced to conditioning techniques to strengthen their abilities and prepare for more intricate skills. With an emphasis on refining techniques and broadening their skill sets, this class adds an exciting new dimension to their aerial silks journey. ​ Prerequisites: Some aerial silks experience.
