Service Description

This class is for kids with aerial silks experience. You will focus on learning a variety of “footlock” poses, being able to climb to the top of the silks, and working up to open fabric wraps. You will be introduced to levels of conditioning to prepare the students for more challenging skills. Emphasis is on the maintenance and improvement of strength, ensuring that participants keep pace with the evolving skill levels. Using the foundation we created over the last sessions the focus will be on learning to feel confident in skills outside of a knot. Prerequisites: You have taken pervious sessions of aerial silks, you can do a footlock on both sides, can put together 6 aerial knot moves in a sequence, and can comfortably climb the silk. You will be working on footlock skills and working towards open fabric wraps.
