Service Description

This is our intermediate aerial silks class, designed specifically for kids aged 11-14 with prior experience in aerial silks. Throughout this session, we'll delve into open wraps, explore a variety of climbs, and begin to feel comfortable in the air. To achieve these harder skills, there will be a greater focus on conditioning and stretching. Emphasis will be placed on trying skills from a climb, feeling comfortable in our inverts, and refining existing skills. Prerequisites: Intermediate aerial silks experience. You are able to complete 3 egg rolls in a row and are comfortable climbing to the top of the silks. You know advanced foot lock skills like cat's cradle and have been introduced to open wraps such as hip lock.
