Silks 5 focuses on the exploration of advanced open wraps and the art of safely executing dynamic aerial movements and drops. As we progress, the commitment to conditioning and stretching continues, progressively preparing students for the complexities of more challenging maneuvers. Emphasis is on the maintenance and improvement of strength, ensuring that participants keep pace with the evolving skill levels. Expanding on the skills learned from previous sessions, we will be learning how to combine fundamentals, discover new shapes within our skills and drops. Prerequisites: Advanced aerial silks experience. You are able to invert from a climb and feel comfortable in the air. You know open wraps such as: parachute, fast roll, and peter pan.
